Yes, both the Remote Desktop client will have different desktop screens. Windows makes a client profile for each client. A client profile describes the configuration for a specific client, including the client’s environment and preference settings. You can specify allowed groups for each client. For example, if you want to create a client with administrative access, you can add an administrator group for a specific client.
You can manage clients from Start > Administrative Tools > Computer Management > Local users and groups > Users.
