How to Respond a Support Ticket Using the WHMCS Ticket System?

> Please open the ticket

> The subject and the ticket number will be displayed with the current status of the ticket, please select the 'Answered' from the dropdown menu

> Please type your reply in the text box under the Add Reply tab

> Please click on the reply button

The client will receive your response and will be able to reply to it from the clint area
