> Please login to your WHM account
> Please click “Modify an Account” below the “Account Functions” on the left side menu
> Please select the account in question and then click “Modify”
> On the right side of “Package” please click on the link (which reads the name of their current package)
> Please select the new package from the list and click “Upgrade/Downgrade”
