This error occurs when you try to reset the WordPress admin password
You can fix this error by simply removing unwanted content from the wp-content directory located inside your site root folder but please make sure you have secured the latest backup of your WordPress site which you can restore later in case something goes wrong.
After removing unwanted content from the wp-content directory, please clear browse cookie and cache and reset your WordPress admin password again, you will not face any issue.
