If you do not have FileZilla, you can download it from Here and install it.
Let's start to upload files.
-> start FileZilla
-> Now go to the File > Site Manager > Click on the New site button and Enter FTP details there.
-> Click on the Connect button to Connect FTP with FileZilla
You will see Welcome like as the below::

Status: Connection established, waiting for welcome message...
Status: Insecure server, it does not support FTP over TLS.
Status: Logged in
Status: Retrieving directory listing...
Status: Calculating timezone offset of server...

Status: Directory listing of "/" successful
Let's Upload the files.
-> You will see the Local site Left site which is your local computer directory.
-> On your right is the remote site
- Select the folder from the remote site on which folder you want to upload the files/folder.
- Select file/folder from your local site which you want to upload to your rite site folder.
