> Please login to the Joomla admin dashboard
> From the top menu please click on the Components > click Banners
> Please click on the Categories from the left menu
> Please click on the new from the top left side of the page
> Please fill the appropriate setting fields and click on the Save button
> Created category will be available while creating a new banner
