When you update the Elementor to the latest version and on the off chance if you are facing any issue and you decided to go for a previous version then Elementor provides that feature through which you can roll back to the previous version.
Here are the steps to achieve this:
Step 1: Log in to the WordPress Admin area.
Step 2: Here in the dashboard you will see Elementor on the left side of the dashboard> click on tools.
Step 3: When you open the tools section you will see multiple menus on the top, there you have to click on Version control.
Step 4: Here you will notice the Reinstall button beside "Rollback version" click on it and it will restore your previous verion.
