There is no complex process to delete an email account from Cpanel, here you have to follow below steps:
NOTE: Before proceeding further please make sure that you have taken a back up of your important emails and you have removed email address from your websites, documents etc wherever you have mentioned.
Step 1: Log in to Cpanel
Step 2: Go to email accounts under the email section
Step 3: Here you will see all the email accounts hosted, you need to target the email account which you want to delete.
Step 4: Click on the delete button> Here you will see the confirmation message which shows ‘All the data associated with the email account(s) will be permanently deleted.’
Step 5: Once you click on the delete button the success message will appear and the email account will be deleted.
