After deploying your site on IIS7, you may get the following information:
Solution:
Open IIS Manager, then select the root node( the hosting server), in the middle panel double click Feature Delegation. In the right panel select Custom Site Delegation..., In the upper part of the middle panel, click the drop-down list and select your site. In the Action panel click Reset All Delegation.
